Extended Holiday Returns - We've extended our return window for the holidays to 60 days. Orders placed between Nov 25th, 2024 and Dec 25th, 2024 may be returned within 60 days of receipt. Orders placed after December 25th, 2024 will follow our normal return timeframe of 30 days from receipt of order.

COBRA PUMA Golf Return Policy

*Please note, returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt, and all products must be returned in new and unused condition. Used product will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Golf clubs must be un-hit, custom built limited edition golf clubs cannot be returned. Apparel and accessories must be unworn with tags still on, and footwear will need to be returned in its original box. You can start your return using the Start Your Return button above. Or you can contact us by emailing golfreturns.ca@cobrapuma.com or calling 800-540-3565. Please provide your cobragolf.com order #, the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return. COBRA PUMA Golf will then email you a prepaid FedEx return label. Please print this label and write your order number clearly on the outside of the package. Please contact the returns department prior to shipping your return if any changes need to be made to the items being returned. Once a return request has been submitted, all returns must be received by COBRA PUMA Golf within 60 days of the original purchase to receive a refund.

Please allow a minimum of 15 days for COBRA PUMA Golf to receive and process your return. Upon receipt and passed inspection of product, a refund will be issued back to the payment method used for the original purchase (credit card or PayPal). You can expect a refund within 30 days of receipt. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. Please note, we do not refund shipping costs. If items are missing from your return, your original form of payment will be re-charged for any missing items. Shipment of product to a location other than that on the COBRA PUMA Golf provided return label may result in denial of all customer claims pertaining to that return. Returns received without a valid RMA # and COBRA PUMA Golf provided label(s) are subject to refusal and return to the customer. COBRA PUMA Golf retains the right to refuse to issue credit for customer refusal and unauthorized returns.

For returns involving both a gift card/store credit and a credit card, refunds are processed as follows: The amount initially paid with a gift card or store credit will be refunded first. This amount will be credited back to the original gift card or store credit balance. Any remaining refund amount after the gift card/store credit has been processed will be credited to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Exchanges

Please note that we do not perform exchanges at this time. All returns will be processed as a refund and a replacement order will need to be placed separately. For assistance in placing a new order for a different size or color please contact Customer Service at 800-540-3565.

Item I Bought on cobragolf.ca or ca.pumagolf.com is Now on Sale

No need to return your item. If the price was lowered within 7 days of your purchase on cobragolf.com or pumagolf.com, we will honor the new price and refund you the difference. To get your refund, contact us by email at customerservice-ca@cobragolf.com. Please provide your order date, order number, name, and item number.

Wholesale Orders

COBRA PUMA Wholesale Return Policy?

All products must be returned in the same condition as it was received except for the removal of all price stickers, price tags and customer markings (without damage to the product or packaging/cartons(s)) or customer will be subject to additional fees. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred in returning the product. Customer must notify COBRA PUMA Golf Returns Department of its intent to return product. Return requests must be accompanied by an order number/invoice number/PO number and be requested within thirty (30) days of receiving the product. If request is approved, COBRA PUMA Golf will issue customer a return authorization number (RMA#) and label(s) which must be attached to the carton(s) containing the returned product. All hardgoods, footwear, apparel, and accessory items must be returned separately to the address on COBRA PUMA Golf's provided return label. Upon receipt and inspection of product on authorized returns, a credit will be issued in the amount equal to the invoice price of the product received in accordance with these terms, less any applicable re-stocking charges and discounts. If no invoice number is provided, COBRA PUMA Golf will issue customer a credit based on the current product pricing. Shipment of product to a location other than that on COBRA PUMA Golf provided return label may result in denial of all customer claims pertaining to that return. Returns received without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization # and COBRA PUMA Golf provided label are subject to COBRA PUMA Golf's refusal and return to customer. COBRA PUMA Golf retains the right to refuse to issue credit for customer refusal and unauthorized returns from customer. Unauthorized items are also subject to a restocking fee. Requests for return of defective product will not be honored for product invoiced more than twelve (12) months prior to request.
