The 3DP Tour irons utilize 3D printing technology to unlock a new realm of performance. Printed from 316 stainless steel, the 3DP Tour delivers the shape and feel of a player's blade with the stability and forgiveness of a game-improvement iron. The most forgiving blade shape on the market, this one-of-a-kind iron combines Tour-level precision with the ultimate consistency that aspirational golfers desire.
3D Printed Steel Construction
Each iron is fully 3D printed from 316 stainless steel. 3D printing provides significant advantages over traditional casting and forging methods, unlocking more design freedom and significant performance improvements.
Forgiving Players Blade Shape
3D printing has unlocked new design possibilities, enabling COBRA engineers to create a compact blade shape with the mass properties of a game improvement iron (higher MOI for stability, and lower CG for high launch) without sacrificing the looks and soft feel that better players demand.
Internal Lattice Structure
Using advanced topology optimization software by nTop, COBRA took a blade shape and added internal latticing that redistributed 33% of the total club weight to produce the highest MOI possible in a small blade profile.
Extreme Forgiveness Meets Soft Feel
The 3D printed internal lattice structure optimizes weight savings and provides the stiffness and strength to support the face. The design also functions in fine-tuning the acoustics of each iron to produce the most appealing impact sound and feel.
Tungsten Weighting
The discretionary weight savings allowed up to 100g of tungsten to be positioned low in the heel and toe, resulting in the perfect blend of a compact blade shape with a low CG and high MOI that mirrors a game improvement iron.
